Re: [Xen-users] /lib/tls.disabled does not work

I think you had a type-o:

To enable it, create a file in /etc/ld.so.conf.d/ (I named mine nosegneg.com), with the following:

I think it should be nosegneg.conf, right?

Iam running the latest Xen 3.x on FC5. As per the wiki and the message displayed during boot up, I have renamed /lib/tls to /lib/tls.disabled

However on subsequent boots I still get the warning and Xen is slow.

Any hints on what else I need to do to disable tls ?

FC5 has a glibc library with the nosegneg patches included.

To enable it, create a file in /etc/ld.so.conf.d/ (I named mine nosegneg.com), with the following:

hwcap 0 nosegneg

The errors should go away, and everything should work nicely.
