I've gotten a host domain running Mandriva 2006 on a dom0 which also rund Mandriva 2006. This is with the stock xen3.0 binaries, not the Mandriva packages.

dom0 has 2 nics: eth0=WAN eth1=lan (192.168.5.0/24)

dom0 is configured currently such that traffic going out of eth0 is MASQed.

I have the host's vif1.0 bridged with peth1 and vif0.0 just by using the included scripts. xenbr0 gets an ip address from dhcp in the 192.168.5.0 range. Within the host, I gave it the static ip 192.168.5.49. The host can ping 192.168.5.1 and the ip address of eth0, but it cannot connect to anything in the WAN.

route seems to show proper gateway configuration, and the iptables rules shouldn't be doing anything to prevent forwarding.

Any thoughts on what's keeping the host isolated from the WAN?

Thanks,
Michael
