[Xen-users] Xen3.0.0 Dom0 >80M Reserved
Dear list,
after upgrading my server to 3GB (as it would not take 4GB :-(, the BIOS
only counts to 3.5GB) I realised that when the Dom0 kernel boots,
something reserves over 80M:
Memory: 136060k/221184k available (1562k kernel code, 84432k reserved, 586k data
, 128k init)
Can someone enlight me what takes the memeory? The Xen hypervisor get's
about 48MB of it's own.
I'm running Debian 3.1 (sarge) on a dual-core AMD Athlon X2 and use the
binary distribtion of Xen with my own kernel for Dom0. Actually the
default Dom0 kernel, but with some more drivers enabled (e.g. ForcedETH,
3ware ...). The Board is a Tyan Tomcat K8E (S2865).
