You're not alone. I'm using Kernel 2.6.12 with Xen 2.0.7. Sometimes
the whole server freezes suddenly.

How do you make a 2.6.14-kernel for xen? I didn't have any luck with kernels
differing from the ones that are built by 'make kernels' in the xen sources.

Are you using 2.6.12 or 2.6.12.6? If 2.6.12, then you could give 2.6.12.6 a try. Just download it into your Xen source directory:

# wget 'http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/linux-2.6.12.6.tar.bz2'

Then link linux-2.6.12.tar.bz2 to it. Delete old directories pristine-linux-2.6.12, ref-linux-2.6.12, linux-2.6.12-xen*. And 'make kernels'.

Regards,
Andy
