[Xen-devel] HEADS UP: updated /etc/xen/scripts block-* scripts

Folks,

if you update past revision
e9d01c5dc7b4d6b7cda9ade0d137ddb89bb204cc[1], please make sure you
install the updated /etc/xen/scripts/block-* scripts as otherwise
block device setup will fail.  The updated
/etc/hotplug/xen-backend.agent script should get re-installed by
default since it gets installed unconditionally.

Move block device bind/unbind into hotplug scripts.
Fixes file: devices since unbind now runs after the backend driver
closes the loopback device.
Also moves name -> node translation into the backend domain.
