Within each stable series (i.e. within 2.x.y)  we aim for binary 
compatibility.

AFAIK, the FC4 Xen comes from the -unstable development tree.  You'll need to 
use the FC4 packaged kernels or build from (the FC4 revision of the) source, 
since -unstable isn't compatible with Xen 2 anymore.
