Im running Kanotix/Debian kernel 2.6.11 PPPoE works for me from either Dom0 or a DomU.Currently I have a domU acting as a router with the four ethernet interfaces managed by dom0 and bridged to the domU. One of them handles the PPPoE connection without a problem.
