Try using the same as FC:

title Xen 2.0 / XenLinux 2.6.10
       root (hd0,0)
       kernel /xen.gz dom0_mem=131072 ro console=vga
       module /vmlinuz-2.6.10-xen0 ro root=/dev/VolGroup00/LogVol00

Because if your harddisk is partitioned into LVM groups and stripes,
you SHOULD tell it to the kernel. I am not sure if the changes above
will be the only ones, in your case. G'luck!
