I am working to collect all of the suggestions to Sean's previous RFC
on the xm interface, so that I can make the remaining changes.  Below
is a list of the remaining proposed command name changes, as gathered
from the list discussion:

  Current          Proposed
  ------------------------------------
  cpus-set         vcpu-set-affinity
  bvt              sched-bvt
  bvt_ctxallow     sched-bvt_ctxallow
  sedf             sched-sedf
  block-create     block-attach
  block-destroy    block-detach

There was also some discussion about changing the mem-set command, but
I didn't see a clear winner.  Personally, I am fine with mem-set.

If we're all in agreement on the above, I'll start making the
changes...
