Hello all,

The attached patch (from "hg export") adds the xenstat framework and the
vm-top monitoring program to the Xen tree. The original xenstat
announcement can be found at:
http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-devel/2005-08/msg00265.html

A mercurial tree including this patch is available at
http://xenbits.xensource.com/maw/xen-xenstat.hg
To get a copy of this tree, just run:
hg clone http://xenbits.xensource.com/maw/xen-xenstat.hg
("hg clone" needs mercurial 0.6b or newer; older versions will need to
use "hg init" and "hg pull" instead.)
Thanks to Mark Williamson for providing this tree.

This patch also adds several new options to Config.mk, controlling the
build of vm-top and the libxenstat Perl and Python bindings. In this
patch, vm-top and the Python bindings are on by default; this adds a
build dependency on ncurses for vm-top and SWIG for the Python bindings.

We're interested in merging our work into the Xen tree, and we welcome
any comments and feedback.
