Xen depends on the hardware extensions found in server-class PowerPC.
None of those chips are 32-bit, so essentially we're talking about a
rewrite to move to 32-bit. Since 32-bit PowerPC don't have hardware
support for hypervisors, you'd need to emulate a lot in software (which
must be the approach taken by Integrity Padded Cell).
