Jimi, if you do a `make clean' and then build without "debug=y" you
should see this too.

Note that with "debug=y" there are strange duplicated prints like this:

 (XEN) CPU[PIR:0 IPI:0 Logical:0] Hello World!
(XEN) spinning up at most 16 total processors ...
 (XEN) (XEN) CPU[PIR:1 IPI:1 Logical:1] Hello World!CPU[PIR:1 IPI:1
 Logical:1] Hello World!
 (XEN) :1] Hello World!Got ack
 (XEN) (XEN) CPU[PIR:2 IPI:2 Logical:2] Hello World!CPU[PIR:2 IPI:2
 Logical:2] Hello World!
 (XEN) :2] Hello World!Got ack
 (XEN) (XEN) CPU[PIR:3 IPI:3 Logical:3] Hello World!CPU[PIR:3 IPI:3
 Logical:3] Hello World!
 (XEN) :3] Hello World!Got ack
