Amen.  Simpler and _way_ more error-resilient.  Plus, you don't have
to care about any idiosyncrasies of any bootloader you otherwise would
have used.

So, please work towards having the main Xen kernel binary include the
dom0 binary.  Until you're there, there's some workarounds...
