If you grab the latest changesets I just pushed to Xen, you'll also need
to update your Linux. I removed an ifdef that changed the type of
evtchn_upcall_pending, and if there's a mismatch then interrupt delivery
fails. (It only took me a day to realize I'd missed that...)
