Driver domains seem to be suffering from some neglect and breakage due
to x86 support for IOMMU devices.  This series of patches get it back
into a working state.  The first two patches are pretty clear
infrastructure and stubs for new hypercalls.  I think these two are ok
to put in the tree on their own.  The last patch is rather ugly, so I'm
posting it as an RFC to see if anyone has better ideas.  Thanks,
