Hi Simon,

   Have you tried launching an HVM domain with this patch set?  I never
get past the white background in the VNC window (before EFI prints OK),
and very shortly after launch, Xen and dom0 die.  BTW, patch 4 is trying
to patch the linked path to cpumask.h, which makes qimport unhappy.  I
think you want xen/include/xen/cpumask.h.  Also, this file is common
code, so let's make sure there's not a better arch specific place to
stash this (and if not, I'm not sure CONFIG_XEN is appropriate/necessary
in this file).  Thanks,
