The following series is the Linux patches that comprise
the lastest release of kexec for ia64 Xen. Patches
for Xen, Linux-Xen and kexec-tools are posted separately.

All the patches and some documentation on building
and running kexec can be found at:

http://www.vergenet.net/linux/kexec/ia64-xen/20070912/

The major changes since the previous release are:
* [XEN] Up port to ia64/xen-unstable.hg 15883:4c020dd76b18
* [XEN] Implement elf_core_save_regs(), which is used to store CPU register
  status on Kdump
* [XEN] Fix problem with EFI-mapping patches that prevented the Tiger2 from
  booting - it seems that faults for the EFI memory regions need
  to be handled in assembly if an alt_dtlb_miss is taken, I
  am not sure why.
* [XEN] As the EFI-mapping code seems to be working,
  remove the now unneeded phys_efi patches
* [XEN] Increase the size of IA64_MAX_RSVD_REGIONS to allow
  space for the crashkernel region
* [LINUX-XEN] Up port to ia64/linux-2.6.18-xen.hg 209:d650f254d544
* [LINUX] No change
* [KEXEC-TOOLS] Only use /proc/iomem_machine for crashdump opperations -
  /proc/iomem should be used the rest of the time
