fix vdso paravirtualization.
When on baremetal, xen address must not be referenced.

With this patch, I can boot xenLinux on baremetal.
It would be nice to add this kind of test to the healthness report whcih
is regularly reported on xen-ia64-devel.
Probably it would be ok to test on booting xenLinux on VTi domain
instread of baremetal.
