I have written a small tool: xenitp.  It can single step, disp registers and
disassemble the current instruction.  I have to write a dummy domU to debug
RBS display and then I'd like to implement break points and watch points.

I also have to finish the xen-gdbserver port.  Correctly handling the RBS
is not easy.  The first implementation won't handle NaT bits.

I think both tools are worth because xen-gdbserver can't display CRs.
