Thread-topic: [Xen-ia64-devel][PATCH] Make the logic of vti memory initialzation codes clearly
This patch make logic in setup_guest() clear. Due to
domain_translate_gpfn_list() has gone, so we can make
memory initializtion codes simple.
Xend pass memory size which is a sum of normal memory
size and GFW memory to QEMU and Libxc. This patch fix
this issue.
