Hi Yongkang,

   Looks like a user error on my part.  I had my disk configured in the
config file as:

disk = [ 'phy:VBDs/rhel4u4,ioemu:hda,w',
         'file:/opt/xen/RHEL4-U4-ia64-DVD.iso,hdc:cdrom,r' ]

I'm pretty sure this works on x86, but to get it to work on ia64, I had
to change the first entry to:

phy:/dev/VBDs/rhel4u4,ioemu:hda,w
    ^^^^^

Everything seems fine now.  Thanks,
