Hi, all

This patch change default value of dom0_mem.
Current xen/ia64, default value of dom0_mem is 512MB.
This patch change it from 512MB to almost total memory(like xen/x86).

I test the patch.
But I have a problem.
I cannot boot current xen/ia64 with dom0_mem=4G.
