   The xen-unstable.hg tree has undergone a lot of changes over the past
weekend, leaving ia64 support in bad shape.  I started debugging this,
but could use some input and help.  The attached patch allows us to
build and boot dom0 (but not domU).  I'm sure there are other changes in
the shadow2 code or gnt mapping code that I haven't accounted for.
