   This doesn't work yet, but it makes tools/ioemu build on ia64 in
xen-unstable.hg and reintroduces the more obvious missing components.
Starting a domVTI fails with 'Cannot allocate memory' with this patch.
Hopefully it can jump start anyone else that wants to start digging into
how to fix qemu on xen-unstable.  Thanks,
