Using Cset 10269, I was also able to boot dom0 with 2 vcpus. But the 
/proc/cpuinfo only have one cpu while "xm vcpu-lis" has two. Here is the serial

Also note using CS 10269, I was able to boot dom0 with 2 vcpus.
