Hi,

using the attached patch, I was able to do a save & restore.

I will update and clean this patch before submitting it.

The main points are:
1) a new hypercall used to setup domains
2) xc_ia64_linux_{save,restore}.c files in tools/libxc
3) GETMEMLIST now reads pte.
