Hi everyone,

   There are a lot of great patches coming in, but I'd like to move
enabling p2m/vp as default and pushing changes to xen-unstable to the
top of the priority list.  If there's anything outstanding that
absolutely must go in now, please let me know.  Otherwise, I'll try to
sync up, switch the default and request a pull.  Thanks,
