Yes.
From what I understood vmx/pal_emul.c is always called but guest firmware has
fallback values. Therefore most entries in vmx/pal_emul.c fail to use the
fallback values.

Ok, this can be done later.

My point of view: I don't really like copyright in file headers because they
are not updated and the real copyright belongs to all the contributor. But I
won't reject it.
