With xen-unstable 9236 (yesterday), I am getting both:

"(XEN) Ooops, pending guest timer before its due"
 and
"Oops: timer tick before it's due (itc=...,itm=...)"

The first is from Xen and the second is from Linux.

Running dom0 and domU (both idle) overnight on a 2-way
rx2600, I got about 100 of each.
