   Yes, I started trying to be more proactive on this with the last
batch of commits.  Hopefully people found it useful.  However, sometimes
it's hard to determine if there are still outstanding comments related
to a patch.  As best as I could tell, this is where the iosapic patch
is.  If it's ready and everyone is satisfied we can fine tune it after
it's in the tree, I'll be happy to apply it.
