Hi,

here is the changeset for iosapic virtualisation.
I have been enable to boot dom0 and domU.

It seems there are many patches pending.  If my patch need to be modified 
before integration, I will do it.

I didn"t made performance tests.  However only EOI may have been significantly 
slowed.  If this is too much, I will try to improve a little bit.

The IOSAPIC virtualisation has to be modified when SMP dom0 or domain drivers 
will be here.
