Xen/VTI design reserve region 5 for virtual memory map for some big
virtually contiguous memory like VHPT in our previous design. And I
think the PMT table also needs to be mapped to region 5 (depend on how
it is implemented) if we access PMT table using virtual contiguous
memory.
Love to see this be implemented, but may be not so urgent now :-)
