Hi Akio --

I'm sorry, the original patch didn't apply cleanly so I had
to copy/paste parts.  This one doesn't apply cleanly either
but when I apply it manually, it doesn't compile (no
d->arch.initrd_start and d->arch.initrd_len).  Is there
another part of the patch that I missed?
