This flag was used in VTI domains and I never saw the need for
it in non-VTI.  However, since it may be needed when running
multiple domains or SMP, I added in the patch.

Tristan, when you submit a patch, please include a DCO line
such as:

It's not really necessary for small bug fixes, only for larger
patches.
