This is only a loosely connected set of patches (the single strong
dependency is that they won't apply in any other order).

1: convert more literal uses of cpumask_t to pointers
2: pass struct irq_desc * to set_affinity() IRQ accessors
3: pass struct irq_desc * to all other IRQ accessors
4: x86: split MSI IRQ chip
