This branch is a little bit old and will never been updated. You can
maybe use this branch:
git://xenbits.xen.org/people/sstabellini/qemu-dm.git xen-next
That have recent patches.

Othewise, to apply these patches on your current branch, you can skip
the first patch about xen_enabled as it is just a fix of recent patches,
and try to apply all the other.

You can also replace CONFIG_XEN_BACKEND by CONFIG_XEN on this old
branch.
