Thread-topic: opposite of XENMEM_add_to_physmap
Is there a way to unmap the grant table pages? I'm struggling to find
the cause of a bug causing windows to crash on resume from suspend, and
want to unmap the grant table pages first so I don't have to make any
calls to decrease_reservation.

Thanks

James
