[Xen-devel] [PATCH 0 of 4][v2] pv multiconsole support in hvm and pv guests

Hi all,
this patch series implements pv multiconsole support in xen hvm and pv
guests. Compared to the last version the changes are:

- patch 1, 2 and 3 have been squashed into a single patch, together with
the new document to explain the console protocol;

- libxl_console_add doesn't create the device/console path on xenstore
for console 0;

- xenconsole uses libxc to detect if the guest is a pv or an hvm guest;

- the changes to allow pv qemu to be created without any vfbs have been
moved into a separate patch.
