Hi all,
this patch series implements pv multiconsole support in xen hvm and pv
guests:

- xenstore paths are separated for pv consoles and emulated
serials to be able to distinguish between them;

- a new output node on xenstore has been added to tell qemu where the
output of a pv console has to go, without conflicting with other
emulated serial parameters;

- qemu has been modified to provide console backends for hvm guests too;

- multiple console type support has been added to xenconsole and
libxenlight.

A detailed exaplanation is present on top of each patch.

Cheers,

Stefano
