Did so and move to Xen 3.4.3-rc4 and latest Dom0 kernel. It 
works now with pvops DomU kernel!!!

Eventually, you may put on the Wiki Page an example with more than one 
PCI device, so that hectic persons like
me see better that a) it's without parenthesis and b) a comma separated 
list ;o).
