The signed-off-by: generally says who's written the patch, rather than
who's reviewed it or is expected to apply it.  In that case, that's
you (unless I've missed part of the conversation), and so the
signed-off-by: line should read:

Signed-off-by: "Jayaraman, Bhaskar" <Bhaskar.Jayaraman@xxxxxxx>

(or however you prefer to write your name).
