All the new Macs are Intel based. Macs based on PowerPC (PPC) are not made
anymore. I think the next OSX version (Snow Leopard) will be only available 
for Intel based Macs.

Anyway, technically it might be possible to install OSX x86 as a Xen HVM
domain. But please check the Apple's OSX x86 license agreement before doing
that.
