Hi,

I'm getting a compile failure on the latest 2.6.30 kernel from kernel.org. I am
using gcc 3.4.6 (with hardening patches applied) and cannot upgrade the
compiler.

I have compiled many kernels in the past (2.6.18-xen, 2.6.20-xen, 2.6.27-pvops,
2.6.28-pvops, 2.6.29-pvops) with this very compiler so it appears to be a
regression caused by the changes introduced in 2.6.30.

The compile error and further information can be found here:

http://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13503

Cheers,

Brad
