Thread-topic: [PATCH 0/2] cpuidle: enable runtime modification of max_cstate
This patchset exports control of max_cstate to dom0 and makes it easier to 
limit the deepest C-State which can be entered. This will benefit the data 
collecting, tuning, and potential defect mitigating.
