Today a new fresh kernel 2.6.29-rc7 has been built. The most recent rc7
kernel under Xen Unstable (rel 19317) generates an error (vif) cannot be connected, hotplug scripts not working when i attempted to start f10 PV DomU
or SNV_106 PV DomU.
Status of Xen seems to be OK due to same DomUs functionality under
Suse's 2.6.27-5 & Xen Unstable (rel 19317), it is absolutely normal.

Yes, I think there's a second problem in dom0, which has similar symptoms as the other hotplug scripts bug. The scripts bug confused efforts in tracking down the dom0 problem. I'll have another go at the kernel side today.
