I'd say using the monitor is the way to go for xend.  I'd expect setting
the vnc port in xenstore (for -vncunused functionality) will be vetoed
too.  Thus xend will have to use the monitor anyway to figure the vnc
port.  No point in implementing a passwdfd= option then.
