[Xen-devel] page fault with error code 0003

hi all,
  am getting a page fault with error code 0003. what does the error code
signify and when does it usually occur. 
  actually i have made changes to xen, where even after domain shutdown
the pages are retained and during the next boot iam trying to use the
same pages, so this is giving a page fault.
   Obviously there seems to be a page permission violation. Is it
possible to wirte a fault handler which will check the domain and vcpu
info and appropriately reset the page permissions??
