Code to print the complaints is x86_64-specific in 2.6.9 and 2.6.18.
On 64-bit, a command line parameter of "report_lost_ticks" will
enable a complaint for every lost tick.

As of 2.6.24, the lost ticks message seems to have gone away
completely.
