The cpu_2_logical_apicid is defined in "arch/x86/smpboot.c" as :
u8 cpu_2_logical_apicid[NR_CPUS] __read_mostly = { [0 ... NR_CPUS-1] =
BAD_APICID };

but in smpboot.h it is defined as:
extern volatile int cpu_2_logical_apicid[];

Is it a bug?
