RE: [Xen-devel] Avoiding VmEntry/VmExit.
There is no such a bit in VMCS that indicates HVM guest's IRET should
incur VMexit, though the "External-interrupt exiting" and "NMI exiting"
may cause VMexit on HVM guest's IRET under certain conditions.
